Having once been a favourite advisor of Henry VIII, Thomas More finds himself out of favour for not taking the Oath of Allegiance. Imprisoned in the Tower, along with his friend, Bishop Fisher, More awaits his execution, while Henry struggles with his decision to have his once-great-friend killed. De relatie tussen hem en Thomas More gaf een meer menselijke kant aan Henry en ik vond het heel goed gedaan door beide partijen. Ik wist niet wie Thomas More werd noch vóór zag ik dit nu naast de Schotse beschermheilige Andrew hij is mijn favoriete heilige ook. Henry was ook zeer snel de schuld Anne voor de dood van meer dan zichzelf, dat is koningen voor je.
